Tyler Yates ("we," "us," or "our") operates uTip (the "App"). This policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
The App does not collect, transmit, share, or store personal information. Specifically, the App:
If you choose to contact us (for example, by email), we will receive the information you provide (such as your email address and the contents of your message) solely to respond to you. We do not use this information for marketing or share it with third parties. We delete feedback messages within 90 days unless we need to retain them longer to resolve your request or meet legal obligations.
The App is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant age in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
When you email us, your message may be processed by email service providers located in other countries. We use reasonable safeguards to protect this information.
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the risk (e.g., encryption in transit for email where available and least‑privilege access). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version here with an updated effective date.
